OBN donates old drug collection boxes, repurposed in Tulsa school library

TULSA, Okla. (KSWO) - The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) has taken old drug collection boxes previously used in law enforcement and has donated them to a school in Tulsa.

OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward said that two boxes were repurposed at an early education program in Tulsa as book return receptacles.

In a letter to OBN, a school leader for ECDC Reed in Tulsa, said the following:

The letter also went on to state that parents and students alike were welcoming and well-receptive of the repurposed drop-off boxes and thanked OBN for the donation.
